Le jour se lève sur les murs oranges de l’ancien ministère des affaires sociales et c’est une interrogation, un voeu plutôt, presque une prière qui me réveille : puissé-je recommencer à écrire.
Depuis quelques jours impossibilité d’écrire sur ce blog, d’écrire tout court. Ce ne sont ni les événements, ni les chiffres qui ont manqué mais sans doute « le temps de cerveau disponible », celui que Patrick Lelay voulait utiliser à vendre ou à consommer de la pub sur TF1. Est-ce d’ailleurs « le temps de cerveau » ou au contraire le temps de son repos, le temps de vague où j’imagine les synapses se remettre à entrelacer leurs petites mains, à chercher ailleurs pour y trouver un doigt ami branché sur autre chose que l’immédiateté.
Toute la nuit -enfin un morceau- celui sur lequel j’ai été réveillée par le jour- a été occupé d’un étrange rêve : un malade mental, suivi à dix ans d’intervalle et que se dégradait et la personne à ses côtés, toujours la même (époux, épouse, médecin ?), qui vivait ses comportements chaque jour plus étranges et qui étaient en passe d’en faire une sorte d’épave grotesque que l’on devrait bientôt cacher.
Et aussitôt, dans cet étrange décor des hautes façades oranges de la partie ancienne du ministère des affaires sociales aujourd’hui réduite à l’entourage d’une petite cour où donnent mes deux fenêtres, j’ai pensé à Bordeaux. Pas mon Bordeaux privé, pas même mon jardin qui s’éclaire lui aussi dans une gamme dense de verts frissonnants, mais ce Bordeaux politique dont nous parlions hier soir avec Vincent et Bertrand. Ce que j’ai voulu rendre matériel dans la ville, ma permanence parlementaire, comment la faire évoluer dans la nouvelle configuration qui est la nôtre ? La faire bouger ? L’installer ailleurs ? La faire vivre dans la même harmonie suractive qui fut celle de la campagne ?
Et puis, ma pomme. Après presque deux années de campagne (cantonale, primaires, présidentielle, législative), retrouver le fond. Le retrouver, pas y tomber ! Et retrouver le fond c’est bien davantage monter dans cette part du cerveau qui conçoit, qui se projette, qui met en forme et, finalement, qui écrit.

Penser à se ménager quelques plages de repos et de «zenitude» pour recharger les batteries.
Je rêve de cohérence entre les différents ministères, de traitement des problèmes par ordre d’importance (ce qui n’est pas celui de traiter un cas brûlant de l’actualité, qui fait le buz…)

Écrire ? Je pense à « Écrits d’amour » de Claude Bourgeyx, à lire absolument. Ce livre délicieux s’ouvre sur la lettre à sa jeune épousée d’un homme parti seul en voyage de noces à Venise. Aucune allusion, il va sans dire, à votre billet matinal de Paris (les Bordelais, après tout, n’ont pas dit « oui » au maire). Encore que…
Si les échanges épistolaires de Bourgeyx sont de drôles et cruels dialogues de sourds, au moins les gens s’y répondent-ils, contrairement à certain maire qui a toujours séché devant vos lettres, tel un mauvais élève de Terminale devant sa copie de bac.
Écrire parce que la main, les doigts, sont la voie (voix) qui porte du cerveau quand il aspire, comme vous dites, à « toucher » le fond plutôt que de se satisfaire de l’écume.
Je sais qu’à Paris, Michèle, jamais vous n’oublierez Claude Bourgeyx, vers qui vous m’avez gentiment poussé il y a quelques semaines au marché des Capus. Oui vous écrirez, pour que les sourds entendent !

Moi, je suis en train de me demander si Vincent Feltesse est à ce point crédule pour croire qu’il n’y aura pas d’autre candidature surprise et socialiste à la Mairie en 2014 ? Lui, et la plupart des élus du PS bordelais.
Si Paris ressemble donc tant à Toulouse avec ses murs orange, qu’on ne se décourage pas et qu’on ne le quitte pas.
Michèle, sur la question du cinquième risque, la France vous regarde. Ne lui faites pas de mauvaise surprise. Cinq ans ce sera à peine suffisant pour mener à bien ce dossier.

La femme ou l’homme d’action risquent toujours gros à se laisser emporter par le flot de l’action et des évènements. Effectivement, le risque de sombrer, emportés par le courant implacable qui fait que petit à petit, on n’est plus tout à fait maître de son action.
Écrire, c’est effectivement prendre le temps d’arrêt nécessaire pour éviter de sombrer, pour relire le vécu dans toute son épaisseur de contraintes et d’espérances humaines mêlées, c’est projeter la poursuite de son engagement en étroite relation avec sa propre pensée, elle même nourrie par la « contemplation » de tous les évènements quotidiens. Le très cartésien « je pense donc je suis » est souvent compris comme le fait qu’on peut déduire de la constatation que l’on pense, la preuve de sa propre existence. Ce n’est pas trahir le grand René Descartes, cet illustre fils des jésuites, formé à l’exercice spirituel de la relecture, que de voir également dans ce postulat, le fait que penser construit notre être et fait de nous des vivants tout au long de notre existence. L’écriture participe pleinement à cette dynamique.

Back…pas pour des prunes…j’espère.
Déjà…on dit que seuls 3 ministères.fr échapperont á l’austérité…Va falloir que les ministres portent les ornements violets comme Mme Merkel: jeûne, pénitence et abstinence…n’est-ce pas Louis..?!!!
Vrai que pour la « Dépendance », le cas de ceux qui ne peuvent en décrocher depuis l’enfance ad vitam aeternam….est déjà réglé… Pour les autres, un bon bouclier fiscal des salariés et fonctionnaires, pour éviter de faire porter l’iñpôt plusieurs fois sur ce qu’ils peuvent garder pour la soif de la retraite plus ou moins anticipée, c’est déjà pas mal…
Si l’on peut par ailleurs résoudre durablement la question des hôpitaux, la question est pas ñal réglée dans son ensemble, non?
Bon. pas une raison pour supprimer un poste gouvernemental…Occupé de surcroît par une femme. Et inconditionnelle de Ségolène….!!!

Différencier désirs et réalité, voilà un sujet qu’il faudra soumettre au nouveau député de la 2ème. Pour ce qui me concerne, je répondrais simplement que je connais mon monde.
Toujours à propos de Vincent Feltesse, félicitations à lui d’avoir appliqué immédiatement la règle du non cumul en démissionnant de ses fonctions de Maire. Sans doute délaissera-t-il aussi et bientôt son siège de Président de la CUB.

En l’état de la législation, vous n’ignorez pas que la CUB n’a pas le statut de collectivité territoriale. La présidence en étant exercée par un élu d’une commune membre de la communauté urbaine (en l’occurrence Vincent Feltesse, désormais conseiller municipal de Blanquefort), elle ne représente pas un mandat électif : il n’y a donc pas de « cumul » d’exécutif local avec le mandat de député (cumul qu’au demeurant la loi n’interdit pas à ce jour, comme vous le savez).

Je viens d’écrire à une jeune militante que cela me faisait tout drôle de ne plus avoir à distribuer, tracter, sonner aux portes ou me rendre à des meetings.
Ce sont donc aussi des premiers matins où la vie « normale » reprend ses droits. Une campagne électorale, ce sont toujours des moments très forts: on se crève, mais c’est excitant.
On retrouve ses vieux copains, ceux que l’on a toujours vu à côté de soi dans les campagnes, ceux qui reviennent et les nouveaux, enthousiastes. Vrais nouveaux qui découvrent le militantisme, qui resteront. Peut-être ?
Nouveaux qui viennent d’ailleurs.
Une campagne, ce sont souvent les mêmes rites, les mêmes complicités comme les petites concurrences, les mêmes rires, mais une campagne est pourtant toujours différente de la précédente.
Celle-ci (j’englobe la présidentielle et la législative), en tout cas pour moi, est la 1ère où non seulement j’ai fait beaucoup plus de porte-à-porte, mais surtout j’y ai pris du plaisir.
Après le coup de feu, le repos bien gagné, mais nous savons que rien n’est acquis d’avance. Il faudra continuer ce travail militant en moins intense, mais important pour rencontrer tous ceux qui espèrent en une société plus juste et leur montrer que nous sommes toujours là, tous, attentifs à ce qui se passe, attentifs aux autres.

Un conseiller municipal ne le devient pas par tirage au sort, un président de communauté urbaine encore moins d’autant que selon la loi il constitue l’exécutif de ce type d’établissement public. D’autre part, un président de communauté urbaine dispose dans bien des domaines de beaucoup plus de pouvoirs qu’en a le seul maire d’une commune qui en fait partie. C’est sans aucun doute la raison pour laquelle à partir de 2014 les conseillers communautaires seront élus au suffrage universel.
Donc, ne chipotons pas !
