Aujourd’hui, Vincent Feltesse devient le député de la 2ème circonscription de Gironde « Bordeaux2Rives », la plus belle bien sûr, puisque c’est la nôtre.
Et c’est vrai, ce moment n’est pas innocent pour moi. Cette circonscription où j’ai vécu et travaillé la plus grande partie de ma vie, est aussi celle que j’ai gagnée en 2007 contre des vents contraires, en face d’un candidat prestigieux. J’en connais toutes les rues, presque toutes les portes et j’ai l’habitude de dire en blague que je connais toutes ses boîtes aux lettres par leur prénom.
Mais derrière les portes, ce sont tant de personnes rencontrées, retrouvées après des années ou découvertes sous des visages auxquels on ne s’attendait pas ; rencontres occasionnelles ou poursuivies par des courriers, des dossiers que l’on accompagne ou que l’on soutient. Reconnaissons-le : être l’élu(e) d’un territoire renforce considérablement le sentiment d’appartenance à ce territoire. Je me sentais partout un peu nomade, éternelle étudiante qui aurait pu étudier partout, je suis devenue Bordelaise en même temps que j’y ai fait campagne et que j’y ai été élue.
Voilà. La fin de cette drôle de période suspendue que la République impose aux suppléants des Ministres, c’est aujour’hui. Vincent prend en mains la traditionnelle serviette du député qui, au passage, pour la première fois s’est transformée en valisette à roulettes. La République évolue..
Ce n’est pas pour moi un départ, mais c’est un éloignement pour une nouvelle tâche, un nouvel apprentissage. Nous serons ce tandem que nous avons proposé aux Bordelais lors de la campagne. Amicalement, loyalement, en complémentarité. Et quand ma mission de ministre sera terminée, je retrouverai ce beau job de député.
Voilà, tout simplement je voulais faire à Vincent un petit salut. Juste comme ça, dans la douceur d’un après-midi bordelais de quelques heures encore.

C’est légèrement contradictoire. Effectivement, vous retrouverez automatiquement « votre » siège grâce à une modification constitutionnelle voulue par Sarkozy, votée par sa majorité, contraire aux principes fondateurs de la Veme République, dont vous semblez très bien vous accommoder, et que vous oubliez de citer. Pas très brillant. J’en déduis que V. Feltesse est député transitoire, susceptible du jour au lendemain, par une simple décision du premier ministre ou de vous même, d’être débarqué de l’Assemblée, de rendre son siège, sa sacoche, sa valise, son badge et les honneurs…

A vous lire ceci, Madame, on dirait bien que vous êtes bien contente d’être tombée sur un suppléant moins étroitement localiste que ceux qu’on peut trouver près de chez vous, à la Rochelle par exemple. Ou à l’île de Ré.
Et pourvu qu’il le reste…!
Qu’il n’aille pas s’imaginer, l’habitude de la malette à roulettes aidant, pouvoir vous supplanter à la représentation des valeurs supérieures du socialisme et donc de la Nation, en cas d’interruption, forcément fortuite, de votre coïtus gouvernemental…..?!
Quel peu de foi dans la durabilité de votre destin ministériel!
Quelle nécessité quasi juridique, ne fut-ce que par ce tuit anodin, de bien sécuriser votre nécessité…locale..!

Francis, Alphonse, quels commentaires de peu de fond ! Oui je trouve que la loi du dernier quinquennat est supérieure à ce qui valait avant : l’obligation morale faite aux suppléants de Ministres de démissionner pour que leur Ministre retrouve son siège. Oui , je sais que la très grande majorité des Ministres ne le sont pas pendant 5 ans. Le faut il d’ailleurs ? Oui, Vincent sera un député utile en meme temps que créatif. Vous voyez, le pire n’est jamais sûr..

Mme Delaunay, vous trouvez cette loi, votée sous Sarkozy, que vous n’avez d’ailleurs pas votée, bien commode pour retrouver un siège sur lequel vous avez fait une place provisoire à votre suppléant. Mais vous connaissez assez la politique, bien mieux que moi, pour savoir que cette disposition, qui favorise l’instabilité ministérielle : je suis député, je deviens ministre, je redeviens député, et peut-être de nouveau ministre sans jamais repasser par la case scrutin devant le peuple est un confort propice aux combinaisons politiciennes et contraire à l’ esprit de la cinquième. J’espère que la commission Rocard « sur la moralisation » proposera de l’abroger.

Il y en a pour dire que c’est une grande avancée historique…
La nouveauté n’est pas nécessairement une vertu, il est vrai.
Celle-ci gît rarement dans une loi.
Le renouvellement politique est une urgence durable.
Idem pour l’amendement de Courson: vite trouver autre chose!

A la lecture de l’article de Sud Ouest signé H.Mathurin (ce jour 25 juillet 2012), je suggère que le PS prenne ce « journaliste » comme conseil en stratégie politique pour l’ensemble du personnel politique de Bordeaux! Que dis-je de la CUB! Voire de la France et du monde associés.
La ligne est ténue entre article et éditorial . Il me semble qu’ici elle a été franchie.
Sud Ouest est donc un journal d’opinion (pourquoi pas!) et non un titre de la PQR…
Il suffit de le constater à nouveau et de bien le faire savoir.

Je ne peux m’empêcher de penser au sort fait à Emmanuelle Ajon. Pour moi et d’autres, c’est l’amertume et l’illustration des libertés prises avec la moralité (et non la morale) politique. Aurait-elle été un homme, un cacique local, cela n’aurait pas été ainsi. Comment peut-on être débarquée (que dis-je : jetée à la mer) ainsi au dernier moment, après avoir navigué , après avoir bossé?
j’ai du mal à comprendre comment votre rectitude a pu tolérer cela. Ou plutôt , je comprends bien : les accommodements, les petits arrangements entre amis, les calculs à moyen terme pour l’avenir de certains à Bx. Je Viens d’en faire l’experience similaire professionnellement : dur d’être femme, bosseuse , discrète, et refuser les compromissions…Mme delaunay, prompte à dénoncer l’injustice blog, n’est -t-on donc trahie que par les …siens ou plutôt les siennes?

Ce n’est pas d’une familiarite douteuse que me vient cette salutation, mais c’est ce titre ici, et la sentence de notre hôtesse, à 16h17 ce 23/7 ci-dessus, qui nous réunit dans son jugement dernier de … »peu de fond »…
Je ne sais pas, vous…mais moi le fond qui me manque, ça a probablement à voir avec le boson de Higgs…
Pour peu que j’en comprenne – mais vous savez que d’aucuns en craignent toujours la preuve de la non existence de dios !- le boson de Higgs est la particule qui manquait, ou plutôt dont on ne faisait que supposer l’existence et dont on vient de prouver l’existence sans toujours l’avoir vue.
Il s’agirait d’ailleurs plutôt d’un champ (moi, da’illeurs, on veut toujours m’en donner une, de particule, et mon -vrai- nom irait trés bien avec ça…D’autres préfèrent l’intégrer, mais c’est fausse modestie!)…et d’un champ pour ainsi dire informatif…mais tellement informatif qu’il confère littéralement une masse à tout ce qui en a une, de masse…
D’où, vous voyez tout de suite les affres de certains créationnistes…
Mais là oú il faut sans doute attendre le plus grand développement, avec le boson de Higgs, c’est donc plus probablement dan ce qui fait proprement la NATURE du POUVOIR.
On savait déjà que sans les « gens » de pouvoir (on ne va pas les réduire aux hommes car de tout temps, il y eut des femmes), il n’y aurait déjà pas d’histoire. Et on peu écrire ici ce mot de toutes les façons: la Grande et la petite hitoire, les petites histoires, les sales histoires…
Donc pas de temps…
On voyait bien jusqu’ici, que la force de gravitation universelle, la même qui n’expliquait toutefois pas tout-à-fait la déviation de Mercure, intervenait puissamment, par exemple, pour amener un candidat, même jusque là assez obscur, et malgré l’inadvertance fatale d’un plus lumineux, à la préfèrence finale de son parti, puis au suffrage de tous les français. Et encore plus, cette gravitation, n’explique-t’elle pas à elle seule, l’avènement d’une formidable majorité de députés pour soutenir ce candidat providentiel sur le pavois d’un programme incontournable…
Mais certaines choses restent toujours dans l’ombre sur les voies et moyens du pouvoir, et des citoyens, voire des citoyennes comme ici, s’étonnent encore et toujours que les lois physiques, voire psychologiques habituelles ne parviennent pas á rendre compte de tous ses effets. Comme par exemple que les membres de certaines majorités doivent littéralement leur vie à celui ou celle qui les dirige…
Le concept de « nomination » pourrait sans doute le ñieux rendre compte de la formidable détermination du pouvoir par le boson de Higgs.
Tant que vous n’êtes pas NOMMÉ-E à quelque chose par quelqu’un …vous n’êtes RIEN…
Tout au plus …un suppléant…un teniente, un lieu-tenant- en-tenant-lieu, juste bon à prendre le commandement de ce qui reste quand le chef-nominateur est mort…
Alors, vous avez, certes, toutes sortes de cas de figure…Mon maire par exemple, qui se maintient au pouvoir depuis bientôt 40ans presqu’exclusivement par le monopole de la création de lits, de l’occupation des lits et des postes de personnel pour ses 3 hospices, s’est fait une réputation d’exclu privilégié: barré on ne sait trop comment de la suppléance de député,..il est passé soit-disant à l’ennemi.mais il se pourrait bien que mon député favori lui doive, lui, son psote de député…Au point que j’aurais observé passionnément, – comme un phénomène naturel rarissime mais réel comme le dégel du Groenland en 4 jours! – , le « parachutage » de S: Royal á…mettons Iré-le-Sec, par exemple (hameau presque 100/100 FN) au lieu d eLa Rochelle…Bah!..Mon député favori serait devenu Ministre, son suppléant Député en sursis… et mon Maire…président d’une intercommunale d’un tiers de département…plus fort qu’un Prédident de région!!!
Et mon analyse pourrait sétendre à tout un tas de questions, come par exemple l’étonnante capillarité des valeurs et des personnes de la droite à la gauche et vice et versa, avec les diverses formes brutales, évidentes ou sournoises… d’ouverture…
Attendez-vous á savoir, comme disait, Geneviève Taboui, que les crédits de recherche sur le boson de Higgs prennent un fort retard. A n’en pas douter dû à la crise dont les français n’entendent presque plus parler, étrangement, sauf á Bruxelles, Francfort ou Washington DC…
Mais aussi grâce á la vulgarisation que ne vont pas tarder à ingurgiter nos politques, sur une denrée aussi décisive de leur…masse.
