Désormais, il va falloir tenir les promesses que vous avez tenues à tous ces petits vieux à qui vous avez serré la main inlassablement depuis le début des primaires du parti auquel vous appartenez.
Probablement serez -vous réélue.
Nicolas Florian n’a pas démérité, il a fait une très belle campagne. Il y a du Chaban chez lui, et Alain Juppé ne s’est pas trompé en misant sur lui.
Alain Juppé qui, à Bordeaux, est le très digne héritier du Président.
Vous, ministre, il vous appartient de faire en sorte que le clientélisme départemental soit aboli. Je pense à l’attribution de l’APA, de la gestion et de l’entretien des RPA.

Finalement vous faites un très beau compliment de « bête de campagne » à michèle Delaunay car Chaban était passé maître dans le serrage des mains et les bises aux « petits vieux » selon votre expression assez péjorative, après tout.
Mes parents n’étaient pas des petits vieux, mon père était bordelais et socialiste. Il ne s’est jamais considéré comme un petit vieux et n’avait besoin de personne pour penser et voter.
L’APA, ils la recevaient, heureusement, parce que, malheureusement, ils remplissaient les conditions pour la recevoir, ma mère étaient notamment impotente. Ils ont du finir leur vie en maison de retraite médicalisée (EHPAD), en banlieue, parce qu’aucune solution n’a pu être trouvée pour les laisser dans leur appartement à Bordeaux où trouver un EHPAD décent, sans être hors de portée fiancièrement.
Car, à Bordeaux, il n’y a ni assez de RPA (compétence communale et non départementale) ni assez de maisons de retraite (compétence générale); les villes ont aussi en cette matière une grande responsabilité car c’est leur influence qui fait souvent l’implantation des EHPAD.
Leurs revenus étaient loin de suffire et nous avons du largement compléter tous les mois. Combien de gens peuvent se permettre pour donner une fin de vie décente à leurs parents.
Qu’a fait JUPPE depuis 1995 en cette matière ? Qu’ont fait SARKOZY et son gouvernement ? Rien
Où est le clientélisme du conseil général, là-dedans ?
OUI, ce sera l’un des casse-têtes de notre ministre, mais elle ne pourra faire que ce que le contexte le permettra, mais cette fois dans la justice.
Enfin, JUPPE, « digne héritier du président » Sarkozy? le pauvre, vous ne lui rendez pas service,!!

On peut légitimement envisager que j’ai, ou ai eu, des parents qui ne sont pas, ou n’ont pas été, pour moi des « petits vieux ». Ce terme, vous avez raison, péjoratif, j’ai du le lire ici ou là…
Peu importe où, et passons.
J’ai commis une erreur, je l’avoue, je voulais parler d’EHPAD et non de RPA.
Pour le reste, je maintiens et vous invite à ne pas commencer à arguer d’un contexte pour justifier un échec futur.
Je souhaite la réussite d’un plan ambitieux à propos de la condition de nos aînés.
