Y compris l’assurance dans le mensonge, les contre vérités assénées comme des vérités vraies, l’absence de toute interrogation comme du moindre doute et l’amnésie totale du bilan du quinquennat comme de leur décennie de pouvoir
Exemple sur le vif, l’incroyable mauvaise foi de Valérie Pécresse ce matin sur France inter, qui accuse tout à la fois François Hollande de dilapider l’argent public et de ne proposer ni mesures d’économies , ni de souscrire aux contraintes budgétaires de réduction de la dette publique !
La même Valérie Pécresse, comme tous les autres de son Gouvernement, ont engagé des dépenses de dernière heure sans avoir le premier sou de financement ; par exemple le 10ème mois de bourses étudiantes pour lequel rien n’a été dégagé, alors que l’annonce en a été faite en boucle et que les étudiants, légitimement, l’attendent ; par exemple, la grande braderie pré-électorale des contrats aidés prévus pour l’année entière ; par exemple dans mon Ministère des « enveloppes » annoncées qui vont jusqu’à contrevenir aux obligations légales… Par exemple, par exemple : chacun des Ministres arrive avec sa bourse pleine de mauvaises promesses des prédécesseurs.
Avec eux « tout était devenu possible », selon la formule de campagne de Sarkozy en 2007 ; au moins dans les annonces et les contre vérités. Aujourd’hui encore, nul doute, nulle interrogation, nulle conscience de la responsabilité du bilan qu’il laissent à la France. Comme l’Autruche, ils s’enterrent la tête dans la recherche des « Valeurs ».

Si les Français doivent passer le quinquennat à venir à entendre les ministres se plaindre de leurs prédécesseurs, ils risquent de se lasser assez rapidement.
Pour le dixième mois de bourse, rappelons l’insistance avec laquelle le PS avait en août 2011 soutenu cette proposition sans que jamais le président de la commission des finances de l’époque, un certain Jérôme Cahuzac, aujourd’hui ministre du budget, ne s’émeuve ni se soucie des moyens de son financement. Pour les autres exemples, on aimerait qu’ils soient moins vagues.
Au final, il faudrait commencer à se mettre sérieusement à honorer cette valeur essentielle qu’est le travail.

Voyez un peu ce qui se passe chez Rajoy, par exemple, en lisant au moins 3 « El païs » par semaine, patr exemple…
Il a fait perdre beaucoup de temps jusqu’ici á l’Espagne et à tous ceux qui vont devoir la « rescater », notamment avec son AUDIT. Il l’avait demandé à deux consultants (de cette même profession qui a largement mené tous les « altos cargados » privés et publics du monde…où nous en sommes arrivés..!) et ils lui ont fourni des chiffres de plusieurs milliards de différences dans toutes les hypothèses…!!
Maintenant, comme son coup de com pour assister au dernier match de qualif des ibères à l’Eurofoot n’a absolument pas calmé « les marchés », il n’est plus sûr de rien….à commencer par son avenir à l’Eurofoot contre le Portugal ce soir, voire contre l’Allemagne ou l’Italie dimanche…Tous brillants acteurs de la crise….
A part des effets de manche de com, toujours, il n’a plus guère autre chose à dire en Espagne ou ailleurs que ce que Rubalcaba lui conseille (et la leader de son parti PP, Cospedal, en des termes à peine différents): mettre le paquet à Bruxelles pour des abandons substanciels de souveraineté au profit d’un gouvenement européen de l’euro.
Ou en est-on avec la France sur ce sujet?..
Dans son « Quel beau dimanche! » (écrit en ’82), J. Semprun rappelle que les socialo-communistes de toutes nationalités qui survivaient encore á Buchenwald étaient encore trés fâchés des paroles d’abandon prononcées par leur Maurice (Thorès, pas Chevalier!) au congrès d’Arles (’38? ’39?…vous préciserez): « Espérons que la France et les autres pays éviteront le sort malheureux du pauvre peuple espagnol… »
El Païs rappelait , lui, son titre du 22 juin 1982, jour de naissance de la Junta d’Andalousie, c’est-à-dire de la vraie fin du franquisme: « La France (- toute frémissante encore de la victoire de Mitterrand!-ndlr) confirme ses réserves á l’entrée de l’Espagne dans la CEE… »
Va-t’on rapidement quitter la politique des petits conseillers d’un Prince autocratique, fût-il de l’Elysée ou du clocher voisin..?
Et entrer rapidement dans l’histoire?
La question est-elle de moins d’Europe, ou de plus d’Europe?
Ou alors d’un nouveau partage de l’Europe, mais alors plus comme à Yalta: avec les politiques de moins en moins à la table?
C’est clair qu’en Espagne, à droite comme à gauche, on veut (encore, ou enfin) voter Hollande, et plus Merkel.
Proposer, Madame, en tant que femme, que Hollande porte désormais un petit paletot à trois gros boutons, de préférence violet ou vert clair presque gris…..???
Mais cela ne ferait pas fort « autonomie », n’est-ce pas?!

le chômage vient encore d’augmenter et pour le moment on voit rien a l’horizon si des statistiques de l’insee qui sont loin et en plus bien en dessous des prévisions du ps pour les 5 ans a venir pour redresser pas la pente mais plusieurs celle du déficit de l’État, la sécurité sociale et des assedic tous plus mal en point jour après jours alors quid de ce coté car même si on peut taper sur autrui sur le bilan des 5 dernières années le compte n’y est pas 100 milliards pour revenir a zero d’ici 2017 avec des mesures qui hélas même en parlant de gel des dépenses public hormis les pensions et le paiement des intérêts de la dette du fait de l’inflation amènera tout compte fait une baisse des dépenses publics du fait de l’inflation mais a chaque augmentation du smic une augmentation de la prise en charge par l’état d’abattement de charges sociales patronales sur les salaires jusque 1.6 smic.
alors bonne question quelle alchimie sans réduire le nombre de fonctionnaire comme le ps au gouvernail vient de décider de cela et alors quel domaine pour réduire la dépense publique.
et quid alors des dizaine de milliards d’abattement de charges sociales patronales sur les salaires jusque 1.6 smic qui sont sans réelle contrepartie que ce soit en embauche ou a minima en sus de négociation annuelle des salaires,
alors il est bien de faire le bilan d’autrui si en prennant la suite il n’est pas fait un inventaire complet de l’utilisation des impots que chacune paie et qu’un € d’impots doit être 1 € bien dépenser tout en faisant que les niches fiscales dans toute leur largeur soit évalué peut être remodeler pour pas avoir l’air de prendre la même direction que l’Espagne, l’Italie, la Grèce et d’autre pays en europe.
il ne faut pas se plaindre d’etre au pouvoir mais bien faire que l’on oublie vite le hier pour voir un vrai changement en faisant une remise à plat pour repartir dans la bonne direction pas en faisant que des ajustements qui au bout ne change rien sur le fond

Valérie QUI ??? Cela doit être cette drôle de femme totalement hystérique lors des questions d’actualité sous le gouvernement sorti. Comme la Morano elle essaie de ne pas être oubliée, pourtant c’est ce quelle mériterait avec sa « politique » budgétaire décrite par Michèle.
Nier à ce point ses propres responsabilités (eh oui, le mot leur fait pousser des boutons, comme l’a montré la surréaction incroyable de Juppé lors du dernier conseil municipal…) est vraiment le comble de l’anti-républicanisme.
Mais nous attendions-nous à autre chose de la part des « responsables » de l’Union des Mauvais Perdants?
Et @ Alphonse: malheureusement l’état des caisses laissé par ces gens n’est pas le passé, mis le présent , voir pendant longtemps l’avenir, et cela les Français doivent le savoir et en être conscients!

Pour avoir vécu l’opposition de la droite en 1981, je sais d’avance qu’elle ne sera ni républicaine ni constructive. Il faut donc ne pas trop accorder d’importance à ce jeu qui ne vise à déstabiliser… Et se concentrer sur la réalisation du programme, sans peur, sans complexe, sans précipitation mais sans hésitation non plus.
Il nous faudra trouver de réelles audaces pour que la Société retrouve la confiance et se remette à espérer en son avenir. De réelles audaces pour la maintenir en alerte et mobilisée, pour qu’on ne nous vole pas le changement. Engager très vite les grandes réformes de Société, sans oublier d’améliorer les conditions de vie de nos concitoyens… A ce propos, nous devons trouver absolument les moyens d’augmenter beaucoup plus significativement le SMIC. 2%, c’est beaucoup mieux que rien, mais c’est beaucoup moins que les attentes populaires. Cela peut suffire à indiquer le cap de la revalorisation des salaires en cette fin juin, mais on ne pourra pas en rester là !
Assurément, nous avons cependant changé de période, sinon d’ère… Il y a dans l’air une incroyable légèreté, malgré la profondeur de la crise. Une normalité faite de respect et de recherche de consensus. Il nous appartient que cette normalité pacifiée s’étende à tous les secteurs de la Société, du quartier à l’entreprise, de la famille aux relations de voisinage, de la ville aux campagnes… La pratique totalitaire du pouvoir précédent avait, en effet, contaminé profondément toute la Société… Il nous faut aujourd’hui retrouver des fonctionnements plus normaux et respectueux. Je me rends compte que des réflexes se sont créés, qu’il ne sera pas forcément facile de faire changer en quelques semaines. J’ai cependant tout à fait confiance sur la capacité de notre pays à savoir rebondir !

Des oeuvres de Nicolas 1er, Sarkozy 1ère (?) époque. Avec préparations lointaines (Alain Minc était déjà dans les baskets de l’homme de paille De Benedetti dans son raid sur la Générale.be, années…’80) et concrétisations avec toute la Puissance Républicaine depuis 2007: privatisation de GDf pour « absorber » les centrales d’Outre Quiévrain,
puis récupération, en une nuit, chapeau-claque et cigare en bouche, de la Fortis par la BNP…
Cela a pris beaucoup de temps pour que les politiques mûrissent bien (2 ans pour faire le dernier gouvernement qu’il fallait bien laisser présider par un socialiste), la presse étant admirablement noyautée (plus sarkosyste que lesoir.be ou lalibre.be….tu meurs…).
Et quelques bons milliards pour la bad-bank Dexia…(dont le Sauveur Dehaene – le Coq, encore un français!- vient de démissionner, on ne sait encore avec quel parachute)
Mais avec un beau poste de Président de l’Europe pour la droite flamande de Bruxelles,
- mais il paraît qu’il fatigue beaucoup, ces nuits-ci -
et la bride sur le cou au futur burgemeester d’Antwerp…la Belgique peut parfaitement disparaître comme le souhaite ce dernier…
Le tout étant bien plus facile, en OUTRE, pour ne payer pratiquement aucun impôt…à personne, le commerce du courant, par exemple, étant une affaire en or puisqu’en B il est le plus cher d’Europe pour le consommateur…et le moins taxé d’Europe au producteur…
Mais il n’y a plus guère que les illuminés de Greenpeace (memento te, le Rainbouw Warrior..?) pour nourrir la théorie du complot. Il paraît qu’ils ont fort mal caricaturé le Premier, l’autre jour…

@Alain. Je partage votre avis… La droite a un rapport patrimonial au pouvoir. Elle estime qu’il lui revient de droit… et que la démocratie est là pour confirmer périodiquement ce droit. Lorsque la gauche gagne, elle ne considère pas qu’il s’agit d’un effet de l’alternance, somme toute saine en démocratie, mais d’une sorte de dépossession, avec un fort sentiment d’illégitimité. Il n’est qu’à voir comment Juppé et son entourage ont considéré, 5 années durant, que Michèle avait remporté le siège de Député de la 2° circonscription de la Gironde « par effraction ». De ce point de vue, les presque 60 % de François Hollande au second tour de la Présidentielle ont été un électrochoc tel, que Juppé a compris que sa survie politique commandait son retrait de la course à la députation. Probablement aura-t-il largement favorisé ce retournement massif d’une circonscription historiquement à droite. Sud-Ouest qui n’a cessé de parler entre 2007 et 2011 de la Circonscription d’Alain Juppé, mettant par là même en cause la légitimité de Michèle, aura probablement largement accompagné cette évolution.

Alain Juppé n’avait aucune raison de se présenter aux législatives contre MD. En fait Juppé est idéologiquement de gauche, comme NKM, Bachelot, Chantal Jouanno, François Fillon et quelques autres. La compétition ne vise que la conquête du pouvoir, pas la mise en oeuvre d’une politique fondamentalement différente.

Esthétiquement intitulé par lui-même « centre de recherche sur l’économie du vieillissement », cet « institut » s’était fait connaître au moment de la préparation du programme du PS et des primaires, pour avoir « hébergé une conférence fort discutée du député PS Thérasse, proche de Hollande » sur les pensions…
A l’époque, j’étais allé voir sur ce site et j’avais découvert la liste des partenaires de ce machin:
c’était fort intéressant et m’avait amené à conclure qu’il s’agissait d’un lieu de synergies pour l’EXPLOITATION du vieilissement plus qu’autre chose.
Cela allait de sociétés pharmaceutiques et immobilières à des villes d’eau ou département « viellesse » de grandes villes. Mêmme EDF et GDF y sont, je crois…
Peu de jours après mon « intrusion », la liste avait disparu. Maintenant, il faut se donner à connaître pour l’0btenir.
Vous devriez au moins prendre votre cotisation á ce machin, rien que pour voir ce qui s’y passe…

C’est vrai j’ai parlé de la démarche de la Mairie à l’égard des personnes âgées, de leur solitude, de leur vulnérabilité en cas de canicule.
Pas très élégant d’avoir effacer le lien que j’avais établi ici et qui rendait publique cette action. Fraternité, solidarité ne sont ici que des mots.

Y compris le licenciement non notifié, rétroactif et fictif d’un agent public pourtant déjà sans fonction depuis belle lurette !!!. C’est bien ce qui m’est arrivé « AVEC EUX ».
Ce « tour de magie » a eu pour objet et pour effet de me priver de mes droits régulièrement acquis par une décision de justice définitive, certes très tardive. Le délai déraisonnable mis par le Conseil d’Etat pour juger ne peut pas justifier son « refus » de faire pleinement exécuter sa décision définitive même si celle-ci est bien contraignante pour l’Etat, du fait d’un délai excessif mis pour juger.
Je compte mettre les deux nouveaux ministres de l’Education Nationale et de la Justice à l’épreuve de la vérité.
Nous verrons bien si ces derniers vont se ranger aux « errements » de leurs prédécesseurs. En effet, les gouvernements quels qu’ils soient ont pour habitude de choisir leurs collaborateurs (Directeurs de cabinet, Directeurs des affaires Juridiques…) parmi les Conseillers d’Etat.
Ces collaborateurs qui agissent par délégation sont donc alternativement juges et parties !!!
Dans de telles conditions, alors que rien ne semble avoir changé en ce sens avec le nouveau gouvernement, la question se pose de savoir s’il peut y avoir dorénavant impartialité de ces « juges », et la même JUSTICE pour tous (Etat et particuliers) autrement dit s’il peut y avoir égalité des armes.
Monsieur Le Président de la République a pourtant basé sa campagne électorale sur la JUSTICE …
